McKinney Custom Pavilion
One of our recent custom design projects was for the McKinney family out in Bulverde, TX.
We started with a meeting to discuss their vision, evaluate the site, and discuss budget.
Next, we presented conceptual layouts and discussed desired materials/features.
After the final designs and any needed permits were approved it was time for construction!
In the Instagram Reel above you can see how we started with the concrete and pavilion build out first. The final design creates a sophisticated, multifunctional outdoor living pavilion that combines architectural structure, entertainment, relaxation, and recreation. A crisp white timber frame and exposed wood ceiling establish the architectural character, while warm neutral furnishings, woven textures, patterned textiles, and greenery soften the space. The built-in media wall provides a strong focal point, complemented by ambient string lighting and ceiling fans for year-round comfort. A dedicated putting area extends the design into the surrounding patio, creating a seamless transition between lounging and recreation. The result is an inviting indoor-outdoor environment that feels both polished and relaxed.
